No. Since WEE is not the seller or manufacturer, we cannot guarantee product quality, sizing, color accuracy, or performance. We will, however, assist you in contacting the supplier if an issue arises.

No. Procurement service fees are non refundable, as they cover the time, coordination, and processing required to place your order.

You may cancel before WEE places the order with the supplier. Once the order is placed, cancellations depend entirely on the supplier’s policies.

Notify us within 24 hours with photos and details. We will assist you in contacting the supplier for a replacement or refund, but the final decision rests with the supplier.

Unused stationery items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 3 days. Custom or special order stationery items are non returnable.

If you are unavailable or the address is incorrect, the delivery will be marked as failed. A redelivery fee may apply.
