  • “Services” refers to all offerings provided by WEE, including custom import concierge, SmartStart Stationery Solutions, document & branding solutions, and logistics & delivery coordination.
  • “Order” refers to any request submitted by a customer for goods or services.

Use of Services

By using WEE’s services, you agree to:

  • Make payments as required
  • Comply with these Terms and any service‑specific guidelines

WEE reserves the right to refuse service if information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or violates these Terms.

Custom Import Concierg (Online Shopping Expert)

a) Service Nature

WEE acts as a facilitator, purchasing items on your behalf from third‑party suppliers.

WEE is not the manufacturer, seller, or producer of the items procured.

b) Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed with a supplier, it cannot be cancelled unless the supplier allows cancellation.

c) Pricing

Prices depend on supplier costs, shipping, duties, and service fees.

Quotes are estimates and may change based on supplier updates.

d) Liability

WEE is not responsible for:

  • Supplier delays
  • Supplier stock issues
  • Product defects
  • Manufacturer warranties
  • Customs or shipping delays

We will, however, assist you in contacting the supplier if issues arise.

SmartStart Stationery Solutions

a) Availability

Products are subject to stock availability.

b) Custom Orders

Custom or special order items are non returnable and non refundable.

c) Product Descriptions

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, but minor variations may occur.

Document & Branding Solutions

All documentation services are provided based on the information you supply.

WEE is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate customer information.

All administrative service fees are non refundable.

Logistics & Delivery Coordination

a) Delivery Responsibility

WEE coordinates deliveries but may use third party couriers or internal delivery support.

b) Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are non refundable.

c) Customer Responsibilities

You must ensure:

  • Accurate delivery address
  • Availability to receive items
  • Timely communication

Failed deliveries may incur additional fees.

Payments

Payments must be made using the methods accepted by WEE.
Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
Service fees are non refundable unless otherwise stated.

Refund & Returns

Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Limitations & Liabilities

WEE is not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from supplier delays or errors
  • Damaged or defective items supplied by third parties
  • Delays caused by customs, shipping, or external factors
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

Our liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid to WEE.

Customer Conduct

Customers agree not to:

  • Abuse or misuse WEE’s services
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Harass or threaten WEE staff or partners

Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
