This Procurement Service Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms under which WEE ("We Envision Everything") provides procurement-on-demand services to customers. By requesting or using our procurement services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. This Agreement supplements our Terms & Conditions.
Nature of the Service
WEE provides procurement-on-demand services, meaning: you (the customer) identify the item(s) you want; you provide the link, photo, description, or details; and WEE purchases the item on your behalf using the information you provide. WEE is not the seller, manufacturer, distributor, or agent of any product purchased through this service, and WEE does not advertise, list, or promote third-party products.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate product details (size, color, model, quantity, etc.)
- Reviewing all order information before confirming
- Ensuring the supplier is reputable and trustworthy
- Understanding the supplier's return, refund, and warranty policies
- Covering all costs associated with the purchase
WEE is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
WEE's Role & Limitations
WEE's responsibility is limited to placing the order with the supplier you selected, paying for the item using your funds, and coordinating delivery to you once the item arrives. WEE is not responsible for product quality, defects, or performance; incorrect sizing, colors, or variations; supplier delays, cancellations, or errors; shipping delays, customs issues, or lost packages; manufacturer warranties or guarantees; or supplier return or refund decisions. WEE will assist you in contacting the supplier if an issue arises, but outcomes depend solely on the supplier's policies.
Payments & Fees
Procurement service fee. A non-refundable service fee applies to all procurement requests. This fee covers sourcing assistance, order placement, communication, and coordination.
Product cost. You must pay the full product cost before WEE places the order. Once the order is placed with the supplier, the product cost becomes non-refundable, unless the supplier issues a refund.
Additional costs. You are responsible for shipping fees, customs or duty charges, supplier restocking fees, return shipping (if applicable), and redelivery fees (if applicable).
Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request changes before WEE places the order. Once the order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, refunds depend solely on the supplier's policies, and WEE's service fee remains non-refundable.
Delivery & Pickup
WEE will notify you when your item is ready for delivery or pickup. Delivery timelines depend on supplier processing, international shipping, customs clearance, and local courier availability. WEE is not responsible for delays caused by third parties. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, notify WEE within 24 hours and provide photos and details. WEE will assist you in contacting the supplier. WEE cannot guarantee replacements, refunds, or compensation, as these decisions are made by the supplier.
No Warranty
WEE does not provide warranties of any kind. All warranties, guarantees, and product support are the responsibility of the manufacturer or seller.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WEE is not liable for product issues or defects; supplier errors or delays; shipping or customs delays; losses resulting from supplier policies; or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. WEE's liability is limited to the procurement service fee paid.
Acceptance of Terms
By requesting procurement services from WEE, you acknowledge that you understand WEE is not the seller, you accept all supplier risks, and you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
